Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Office Administrator & Sales Representative. This dual-role position is essential to the daily success of our junk removal operations. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, managing incoming calls and emails, scheduling jobs, and closing sales — all while keeping our office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:Administrative Duties:
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally and promptly
- Schedule and dispatch junk removal crews using company systems
- Maintain accurate customer records, job notes, and payment history
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts
- Order office and field supplies as needed
- Assist with basic bookkeeping or reporting tasks
- Keep the office organized and running efficiently
Sales & Customer Service:
- Answer inquiries, explain services, and provide accurate quotes to prospective customers
- Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email
- Convert incoming leads into scheduled jobs
- Maintain a positive, helpful attitude with all customers
- Build repeat business by providing an excellent customer experience
- Upsell services when appropriate (e.g., same-day service, demolition add-ons, labor help)
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus)
- 1 year of experience in an office, dispatch, sales, or customer service role
- Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using scheduling and CRM software (or willing to learn)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
- Sales-minded with a friendly and persuasive approach
- Knowledge of junk removal, moving, or construction services is a plus, but not required
