Role Description
The Bioinformatics Data Scientist at JUNO Genetics US will be responsible for data management and analysis for both clinical and research needs. The scope of work may include code, database, and cloud-based server/workflow development and maintenance, statistical analysis, research data management and analysis, and more.
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD degree in bioinformatics, statistics, or related field
- Background knowledge in biology/genetics
- Experience in R, python, SQL, and AWS
- Ability to work efficiently in a Linux environment
- Willingness to adapt to changing needs and the ability to learn new things as project requirements go
- Great communication skills, attention to details, and ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
