Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Associate (with Assembly & Machine Operation)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Pay: $18.00 per hour

Company Overview:
We are a fast-paced engraving and printing company based in Elmhurst, IL, specializing in customized products. We're looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Shipping & Receiving Associate with additional duties in light assembly and machine operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments
Prepare and package outgoing orders accurately and on time
Operate forklift to load/unload materials as needed
Perform light product assembly tasks according to specifications
Set up and operate engraving/printing machinery (training provided)
Maintain clean and organized workspaces in the shipping and production areas
Keep accurate records of inventory and shipments
Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding order status or issues
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Requirements:
Previous experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse environment preferred
Experience operating a forklift (certification a plus, or willing to train)
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate/setup machinery
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Attention to detail and good organizational skills
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Must have the ability to speak read and write English
