BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN - ABA THERAPY
PAY: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
ABOUT US
Just Kids Autism Center provides evidence-based, compassionate care to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in a purpose-built clinical environment. We're hiring experienced Behavior Technicians to transform children's lives through ABA therapy and help them develop essential skills.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Deliver one-on-one and small group ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Collect data and track client progress
- Collaborate with families, BCBAs, and clinical team members
- Help children develop communication, socialization, and behavioral skills
REQUIREMENTS
Required:
- 1 year experience as a Behavior Technician delivering ABA therapy
- Knowledge and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Ability to deliver behavioral intervention strategies effectively
- Strong data collection, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Bloomington, MN
Preferred:
- RBT Certification
- Background in Psychology or related field
- Arabic language proficiency
