Position Details:
We are seeking a Program Support Administrator for our Lindenhurst location, who is passionate and self-motivated to join our team.
Start Date: Immediate Start Date!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Facilitate the enrollment process for UPK and daycare children, including those of staff members.
· Distribute and collect enrollment packets (both electronic and paper formats), set up appointments for packet collection/payment, and ensure all forms are completed accurately.
· Conduct tours for prospective daycare and UPK parents to showcase the program.
· Serve as the liaison to Lindenhurst SD UPK program, addressing all UPK-related questions, concerns, and support needs.
· Oversee Brigance Screenings performed each October, February, and May for all UPK students.
· Assess data collected from each Brigance Screening and report findings to district.
· Track information on home language survey.
· Manage placement of daycare and UPK students into classrooms using Live Excel and the JUST KIDS spreadsheet, optimizing classroom openings.
· Track and collect daycare tuition payments, inform the Middle Island office of any changes, and assist with payment processing.
· Meet with the School Principal to discuss program needs and support.
· Assist with various administrative tasks as requested by the administration, including office coverage.
· Support teachers with parent communication and meetings as needed.
· Provide monthly training for new staff and as often as needed.
· Plan and implement Drills according to State mandates.
· Participate in Leadership and Classroom Support meetings and complete necessary
Qualifications:
· BA Degree in field of Education
· Proficient in technology/digital platforms (Excel, Claims, Word, Microsoft 365)
· Strong organizational skills
· Effective communicator and collaborator
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,400.00 - $82,100.00 per year
