Cleaner

Just Right Cleaning is a commercial cleaning company. We are looking to partner with responsible, reliable, hardworking, passionate cleaners that have an eye for detail. Specifically looking to partner with individuals that can service Laurel, MD and travel to areas within 20 or 30 minutes of Laurel, MD to service. Please submit an updated resume and answer all questions to be considered. Must be available to work a flexible schedule Monday through Sunday. Work hours are flexible. Hours will depend on the schedule that you choose.

Example: start anytime after 10:00pm or by 6:00am.

Example: Building closes at 10:00pm.....you have from 10:30pm until 6:00am to arrive (one building)

Example: Building closes at 12:00am......you have from 12:30am until 6:00am to arrive (one building)

Example: If you choose to work two buildings, time of entry will be based on getting to the second building by 6:00am to finish by 9:00am.

Cleaner Responsibilities:

-General cleaning of building: keeping it maintained, clean and in good condition

-Able to work a flexible schedule.

-Able to travel and work in areas nearby

-Able to fill-in if needed

-Able to work on call if needed

-Dusting

-Cleaning of surfaces

-Cleaning of bathrooms

-Cleaning of kitchen

-Collect and dispose of trash

-Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors

-Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision

-Keep cleaning supplies in stock

-Work and communicate with Management when necessary

Cleaner Requirements:

-Must have mobile data to see schedule and clock-in and clock-out

-Must have a bank account for direct deposit payments

-Must have a valid drivers license

-Must manage your time efficiently

-Must work well when supervisors are not present

-Must provide basic cleaning tasks

-Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies and equipment

-Must have great communication skills

-Able to use basic cleaning equipment

To keep our team members as safe as possible, we provide them with gloves, mask, and sanitizer. Cleaners will be alone in the building. Each place of business thoroughly disinfectants the building throughout the day and after each guest.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $100.00 per day

Experience:
