Position Summary:
Join Just Born as a Sales Finance Manager, partnering with our Sales Team to drive profitable revenue growth. In this hands-on role, you’ll analyze sales and trade promotions, evaluate ROI on spending programs, and provide actionable financial insights.
In this newly created role, you will report to the Sr. Manager, Business Analysis, you’ll shape strategies that optimize customer profitability, ensure accurate financial planning, and support key business goals.

How You’ll Impact Results:
· Financial Partnering:
o Partner with the Sales Team to develop annual plan & strategies
o Provide analysis and input to improve profitability and drive customer growth initiatives
o Lead monthly Sales, Trade Promotions, and Customer P&L reviews with the sales team
· Trade & Pricing Management:
o Overall Trade & Promotion management program owner
o Collaboratively develop sales and trade promotions annual operating plans and estimates, identifying key drivers and variances
o Analyze trade promotions, pricing, and ROI to maximize sales effectiveness
o Lead the financial implementation of the Trade Promotion Management (TPM) system
· Profit & Loss Management:
o Oversee customer P&L reviews
o Validate broker commission calculations
o Contribute to monthly close processes, including account and variance analysis, accrual reviews, journal entries, and reporting
· Business Case Development:
o Develop insights and models to guide strategic sales plan development
o Participate in ad hoc reporting & analysis to support special projects
· Systems Expertise: Serve as the financial lead for the Trade & Promotion Management system
· Support the Annual Audit through accurate & Timely schedule preparation
