Are you the Director of Operations we have been looking for?  In this position, you will be able to convey your passion for helping others by leading a dynamic team and bringing an energetic and positive approach while working with our clients!  

Swansea Wood School is a residential treatment setting for adolescents that specializes in trauma informed care. Swansea Wood provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a school on site, a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff.  

JRI Provides The Training So That: 

• YOU will be responsible for working collaboratively with all departments at Glenhaven Academy. 
• YOU will provide supervision to staff from diverse backgrounds, creating an environment of inclusion. 
• YOU will be responsible for ensuring program complies with all federal, state, funding and city regulations and licensing requirements. 
• YOU will lead and assist department heads with general operations in all aspects of the program. 
• YOU will lead all on-boarding, hiring and training within the program.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field is preferred. Bachelor’s degree required.
• Applicants must have at least 3 years of experience in a residential and educational program with students that experience emotional and behavioral difficulties. 
• Applicants must have experience or the ability to learn how to manage, supervise, and develop staff. 
• Applicants must maintain a valid driver’s license and have access to reliable transportation.
