JRI is looking for a new PROGRAM DIRECTOR to join our team!
Family Networks is the Lead Agency for the Department of Children and Families. Lead agency staff work closely with DCF and families to identify, secure and monitor services for children and families. Our Mission is to identify and secure the highest quality of supports and services for children and families. Each family deserves to receive services that are tailored to their unique needs while recognizing the necessity to have diverse and culturally competent treatment providers. Interventions should be designed in a way that assists a family with becoming self reliant, enhancing their ability to maintain success on their own. We are looking for a Program Director to lead by example and guide with knowledge the successful implementation of the mission of Family Networks. Ultimately Family Networks Program Director will support the DCF Area office, contracted providers, and families by working with their staff to carry out the vision of Family Networks and JRI. Job Description: In partnership with DCF, Lead Agency Service Coordinators develop and manage a comprehensive network of DCF contracted services and non-DCF community supports for children, adolescents, and their families. The Program Director helps coordinators manage their expectations as well as collaborates with DCF leadership in decision making. Program Director is responsible for clinical considerations, financial considerations, and overall contract management for the Cape DCF Area Office. Network services include an array of family-based services, residential programs, group homes, independent living programs, specialized foster care, community supports, and other flexible support services.
Requirements
- Candidate must have a minimum of Masters degree in Social Work or related field.
- Candidates must demonstrate effective communication skills, strong organizational abilities, ability to be an effective mediator as well as a strong ability to participate in and lead multi-disciplinary teams.
- Prior experience supervising in residential or community based settings with children and adolescents and families.
- Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply.

Salary : $58,000 - $60,000
