Justin Brands is looking for a Junior E-Commerce Merchandiser to join our Marketing and Digital Commerce teams.
In this role, you’ll support e-commerce operations by keeping our product listings, promotions, and digital content up to date and optimized across all our direct-to-consumer websites. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the customer experience is seamless, on-brand, and conversion-driven – while adding to our team’s ability to manage day-to-day merchandising tasks.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable juggling multiple projects, and excited to learn the inner workings of both e-commerce and brand marketing. You’ll work closely with marketing managers and digital product leads to make sure our online presence is clean, clear, and compelling.

Responsibilities
- Upload and maintain product listings across multiple platforms (SAP, Vision, Salesforce, and EServices)
- Write and input product descriptions, metadata, features, tech icons, and product attributes
- Ensure accurate pricing, categorization, and merchandising across all DTC websites
- Assist with homepage content and slider updates, info bar refreshes, and seasonal landing pages
- Track and update product availability and flag low or out-of-stock styles
- Support campaign and promotional content setup in collaboration with the marketing team
- Implement and QA promotional events (coupons, banners, product collections)
- Help pull and compile reports for coupon usage, promo performance, and site metrics
- Support email marketing with product linking, landing page updates, and content accuracy
- Coordinate product orders and returns for e-comm photography and online exclusives
- Collaborate across departments to support launch readiness, site testing, and SEO efforts
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in an e-commerce or merchandising role preferred
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, or other CMS tools is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset
- Familiar with Excel or Google Sheets; bonus if you’re comfortable with analytics
- Interest in digital commerce or retail preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with flexibility and accountability
- Full-time, in-person role in our Fort Worth office
