In the role of Maid/Housekeeping Cleaner, you will be responsible for providing exceptional residential cleaning services with a focus on floor care, sanitation, and customer service. Duties:
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
- Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
- Notify superiors on any damages, deficits, and disturbances
- Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
- Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
Skills:
- Previous experience in housekeeping management, commercial cleaning, or residential cleaning is preferred
- Strong customer service skills to interact with guests or residents in a friendly and professional manner
- Knowledge of different cleaning techniques and chemicals used in the industry
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Knowledge of proper sanitation practices is essential
- Familiarity with custodial duties is a plus
- Experience in a hotel setting is advantageous
We require that the cleaners must have the following:
- Must be punctual, patient, trustworthy, flexible, dependable and professional
- Must have a working cell phone
- Must have a reliable transportation to job sites.
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be a legal US resident
