Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The role involves receiving, processing, and storing inventory, as well as picking, filling, packing, and shipping orders. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
- Process and store products in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and fill orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare and pack shipments securely and accurately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with periodic inventory counts.
- Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
- Work efficiently to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to address any issues or discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities without making costly errors.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Forklift certification is a plus; training will be provided if necessary.
- Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 70 lbs.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems are beneficial.
