What You’ll Do:
As an Operations Superintendent, you will:
- Manage Operations: Plan, organize, and supervise project activities to meet production goals and timelines.
- Ensure Safety: Enforce safety procedures, lead regular safety training, and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Lead Teams: Hire, mentor, and evaluate crew members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Oversee Equipment: Manage and operate forestry equipment, train employees, and ensure proper maintenance.
- Drive Efficiency: Develop strategies, allocate resources, and maintain project budgets.
- Collaborate: Work with internal teams, government regulators, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience:
- 2 years in a supervisory role.
- 3 years as a heavy equipment operator (forestry equipment preferred).
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, lift up to 50 pounds, and safely operate forestry equipment.
Travel:
This position involves travel outside the local area approximately 50% of the time, primarily within Northern California.

- Valid driver’s license (Class A CDL preferred).
