Job Summary: We are seeking a meticulous, detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Office Clerk to join our team. The Warehouse Office Clerk will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and administrative tasks within the warehouse, and supporting the efficient distribution of goods, ensuring smooth operations and accurate inventory, while supporting the warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain accurate records of inventory and warehouse transactions.
· Prepare shipping and receiving documentation, inspecting, and recording incoming shipments.
· Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
· Assist with cycle counting and periodic physical inventory checks, accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to customers.
· Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
· Monitor and respond to email and phone inquiries.
· Assist with inventory counts and audits.
· Organize and maintain a clean and orderly warehouse.
· Support the Warehouse Manager with various administrative duties as needed.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Previous experience in an office or administrative role, preferably within a warehouse or logistics environment (minimum of 3yrs experience).
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
Working Conditions:
· Availability required from Sunday to Friday.
· Office environment within a warehouse setting.
· Physical demands include occasional lifting and moving of office supplies.
· Proficiency required in reading and writing in the following languages English, Mandarin, and Spanish, with a primary emphasis on English.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
