About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineering (QE) Architect with deep expertise in AI systems to lead the design and execution of Agentic AI-based Quality Assurance solutions for one of the world s leading banks.
You will spearhead the transformation of traditional QE into a self-evolving, intelligent, and autonomous quality function aligned with the Bank s innovation agenda

Key Responsibilities:

Must Have:
10 years in Quality Engineering / Test Automation, including 3 years in AI/ML-powered testing.
Proven experience architecting solutions with agentic AI models, LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini), or multi-agent frameworks.
Deep expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, RestAssured), CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), and cloud-native environments (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure).
Experience with Python, TypeScript, Java, and integrating with APIs and orchestration tools.
Solid grasp of banking systems: core banking, risk platforms, payments, or digital channels.

Preferred:
Exposure to Reinforcement Learning, AutoML, or neuro-symbolic AI.
Knowledge of AI/ML compliance in financial services (e.g., model risk governance, explainability frameworks).
Familiarity with Service Virtualization, Digital Twin environments, or chaos testing strategies.
