Role
The role of the Project Coordinator is to completely oversee & define the parts and pieces of the sold project to the construction field. You will oversee the Drafting Technician(s) to develop proposal drawings, construction drawings and where-to-use lists. With the Sales team, you will lead the design-build process, working with customers on the front side of a project to define the selections for their home or finished space. In this role you will support the Project Manager to ensure that we have the right products in the field at the right time. To ensure materials are in the right spot at the right time, you’re communicating with vendors and suppliers. Field crews are counting on you to make daily operations work smoothly with materials. Similar to the conductor of a locomotive, the Project Coordinator keeps things moving forward.
Responsibilities
Verify construction drawings. Including the drawings, where to use, and contract documents are all ready for the field. Verify proposal drawings. Floor plan design. Selections with customers on design build projects. Facilitate clear communication between drafting department and project/sales teams. Ensure materials are quantified correctly and are on time to the job sites. Ensure materials are bought within budget and communicate problems as necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
