Position Summary:
- Perform porter and janitorial duties in all common areas of the community.
Essential Tasks:
- Vacuum residential hallways.
- Clean and disinfect elevators (inside and out), elevator lobbies, trash rooms, and storage rooms.
- Clean and disinfect stairwells.
- Clean all glass doors (inside and out).
- Sweep and clean common area walkways.
- Remove feces from the dog parks and all common areas.
- Clean urine from sidewalks.
- Pick up trash and cigarette butts from all common areas.
- Vacuum and dust clubhouse, including management offices.
- Wipe down fitness equipment.
- Wipe down and straighten up pool furniture.
- Clean pool decks.
- Clean barbecues and barbecue area.
- Immediately report any items that are broken or damaged to the Maintenance Supervisor or the General Manager.
- Perform other duties as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor or the General Manager.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- High School diploma required.
- 1 year porter or janitorial experience required.
