The Compensation Manager is responsible for the design, documentation and administration of all broad-based compensation programs as well as the administration of the Company’s long-term incentive plans. This position also works closely with the VP, HR on executive compensation matters including NEO benchmarking/analysis for executive management and the Compensation Committee and drafting the proxy statement. Additional responsibilities include survey participation, market analysis/benchmarking, job evaluation, FLSA compliance, annual salary and bonus planning/administration and acting as a consultant to field HR and management. Supervises Compensation Analyst. Reports to the VP, HR.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, finance, business administration or related fields and 3 years of progressive compensation experience. Great opportunity for an Analyst looking to move to a Manager level. CCP certification preferred. Must be hands-on, detail-oriented, committed to quality and have superior proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong proficiency in Microsoft Word. Proficiency in Access is a plus. Top communications and data presentation skills are critical as work product will be utilized by the highest levels of management.
