What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at K&K Interiors, Inc.?
Applicants must exemplify customer service capabilities and skills as it relates to:
- Telephone interaction with customers
- Handling damage claims by telephone, fax and email
- Data entry
- An ability to professionally interact with other departments of K & K Interiors
General day-to-day customer service operations are the main focus including servicing current and new customers, as well as, acting as support for our outside sales force.
- This is an hourly position with a minimum of 40 hours per week required
- Business hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday
- During peak seasons, hours may increase on a daily basis and Saturdays may be required to accommodate demand
