Your role in our team

- You will sit onsite at the customer location to deliver PAS-X successfully
- You will help design, document and maintain pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
- You will translate customer requirements into software application
- You will manage, monitor and implement client work packages according to deployment needs
- You will participate in the design of client information systems
- You will organize and teach best practice product workshops at customer sites
- You will constantly seek ways to improve design, documentation and maintenance of manufacturing processes
- You will collaborate among client and internal teams for problem resolution
- You will investigate client issues and then communicate key insights and findings to product team
- You will analyze and enhance efficiency, stability and scalability of client systems

- You want to actively contribute to turn entrepreneurial thinking into customer success
- You have excellent communication skills and are at native-speaker level in English, third language preferred
- You work and act with passion, rethink the existing and always strive to find the best solution for our challenges
- You have a degree in IT / Computer Science or Life Science field
- You have two (2) years of experience in the life sciences industry using PAS-X
- You have proven experience in eliciting requirements and executing test specifications
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
- You have solid analytical skills
