We are on a tremendous growth path in the dynamic US market and are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our team of entrepreneurs at our location in the Dallas Fort Worth area.
Your role in our team
- You will manage industrial automation-type projects consisting of proprietary H/W and S/W that are custom designed for our clients.
- You will lead administrative, contractual, technical, and financial aspects of the projects.
- You will lead and organize the project team and develop effective relationships with both external customers and internal stakeholders.
- You will ensure that the integrated system design meets all contractual performance and technical specification requirements.
- You will manage the project schedule and budget to the targets set at contract execution and always strive to improve the financials and schedule.
- You will identify opportunities to increase the project business volume with change orders or additional enhancements to the system.
- You will act as the primary interface with the customer as well as key internal stakeholders.
- You will perform other duties as required by management and as required by the demands of current projects, such as formal project status reporting, working with finance to develop project ETCs and EACs, etc.
- You gained 5 years of Project Management experience demonstrating increasing levels of project value and complexity.
- You have obtained a BS Degree in Engineering or similar technical fields.
- You have experience managing a multidisciplinary team of resources in a matrix organization.
- You have excellent organizational and communication skills; are detail-oriented and have the ability to work in a dynamic environment, managing priorities and risks.
- You can travel up to 25% and as warranted based upon project needs.
