Job Title: Process Analyst with iGrafx Expertise

Duration: 12-Month Contract

Job Overview

We are seeking a Process Modeling Specialist to create, analyze, and optimize business process models using iGrafx software. The ideal candidate will work closely with various departments to design functional processes and identify improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Mapping:
• Develop and document current and future state process maps using iGrafx to visualize workflows and identify inefficiencies.
• Analysis and Improvement:
• Analyze existing processes, pinpoint weaknesses, and recommend actionable improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
• Collaboration:
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and facilitate process discovery and validation workshops.
• Documentation:
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process models, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and guidelines.
• Training and Support:
• Provide training and support on process modeling techniques and effective use of iGrafx software.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Promote best practices in process management and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Reporting:
• Generate reports and dashboards to track process performance metrics and support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Process Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in process modeling and improvement, preferably with iGrafx.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and develop actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Proficiency in iGrafx and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
