What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crew Chief position at KAAPA Ethanol Holdings, LLC?
KAAPA Partners Aurora, LLC is looking for a safety and detail-oriented team player for our Crew Chief opening. This is a 12-hour shift position with duties including directing the 4-man crew through daily operations, running the plant via computer control system, analyzing and monitoring data collection, observations for maintenance requests, and making quick decisions to resolve issues that arise. The Crew Chief should also have good communication skills, be self-driven, and will work closely with the Production Manager.
