Job Description
About the role:
As a Licensing Specialist at KabaFusion, you will be heavily involved in the regulatory licensing and compliance of our facilities. This can include city, county, state, and federal agencies along with regulatory boards for pharmacy and nursing. At times, you may even be asked to help our Managed Care team with credentialing functions for a variety of Payors.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of NCPDP and NPI websites uploading of new licenses/permits, ensuring demographic and Change of Ownership (CHOW), location and Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) information is submitted and current.
Qualifications
What you bring:
- Paralegal certificate preferred
- 2 years County, City, State licensing experience
- At least 1 year of regulatory compliance and/or credentialing experience
