We’re in search of an Associate Producer to join our world-class mobile game development studio and help drive the live content pipelines on our top-grossing blockbuster, Marvel: Contest of Champions.


As an Associate Producer, you’ll collaborate with a wide variety of disciplines in a fast-paced environment to build features, manage content deliverables, plan and maintain various game modes, and ultimately deliver fun and engaging experiences that keep our players coming back for more .

In this role, you can expect to:
  • Manage live content pipelines by tracking various deliverables throughout development, ranging from concept to live operation
  • Keep a pulse on the performance, and related KPIs, of multiplayer game modes and quests
  • Support ideation and assist with the conceptualization of features and content, working closely with your Senior Producer
  • Collaborate with artists, engineers, designers, and QA to ensure the quality and completion of assigned tasks
  • Partner with Development Directors and make decisions regarding scope, bug/task prioritization, and proactive risk mitigation
  • Communicate on overall task progress by taking notes and disseminating information back to the team
  • Coordinate with other teams on various tech asks and dependencies to drive initiatives to completion
  • Help identify and act on live issues as they arise


To be successful in this role, your background includes:
  • Post-Secondary degree in a related field
  • 2 years of experience on video game products
  • 2 years of experience in mobile game development
  • 2 years of experience with a variety of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and time-management skills


To take it up a notch, you will also have:
  • Knowledge of the Marvel universe
  • Familiarity with Marvel: Contest of Champions
  • Experience with JIRA, Google Suite, Unity
  • Experience working with designers, artists, and managing creatives
  • Experience working on a licensed title
