We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial/service/sales environment to fill the position of Order Management Correspondent for our Fredericksburg location.
Job Description
The selected candidate will:
- Work with our Branches to provide excellent customer service to our Branches' customers across the country.
- Process equipment and parts orders received via phone, e-mail and transmission through our C4C Customer Relationship Management System.
- Participate in a telephone queue to provide part pricing and availability, part number identification and order assistance to our Branches' customers.
- Work with other departments such as Finance, Contract Management and Materials Management to insure accurate and efficient processing of customer orders.
- Communicate directly with branch colleagues regarding order status information to insure customer expectations are being met.
- Responsible for learning and following all applicable procedures and work instructions relating to the Company's Management System.
The successful candidate’s background will include:
- High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Customer service experience.
- Knowledge of basic business practices.
- Good communication skills/phone skills required.
- Computer skills, including proficiency in G-Suite.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Regular physical attendance at the worksite.
