Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and conduct practices
- Provide training direction, encouragement, motivation, and nutritional advice to help players improve their skills
- Adjust coaching techniques based on individual athletes
- Instruct individuals or groups in rules, strategies, and performance principles
- Use our program's-driven instructions in the teaching/learning process
- Build an engaging and safe environment for all student-athletes
- College education or higher
- Successful coaching or teacher leadership experience preferred
- Exemplary presentation and facilitation skills
- Background in soccer (athletics, fitness, physical education, etc.)
Salary : $20 - $40
