Duties:
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in managing the kitchen operations
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation activities
- Preferably have knowledge in sushi and Korean BBQ
- Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs
- Uphold high standards of food quality and presentation
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service, culinary arts, or related field
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience in supervising or leading a team is a plus
