We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the owner of the customer relationship and be our first point of contact for our company. You would have direct responsibility for delivering a superior customer experience. You would be responsible for the execution of processes such as customer order intake, order management, order follow-up and troubleshooting. The CSR would also be responsible for working with internal customers to help provide resolution to external customer requests. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Technical Support, Distribution, and other business partners as required.

Day To Day:

• Process customer orders received via email and via phone accurately and promptly upon receipt ensuring proper documentation.
• Organize and process returns, refunds, credits and ensure shipping numbers correspond to their respective orders.
• Provide advice and guidance to help customers find the right product to suit their needs.
• Process all customer inquiries in a timely and highly organized manner.
• Strive to improve the quality of service for every call and interaction.
  
  

About You:

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing or compressor company.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, HR diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with internal and external customers.
• Ability to pivot when needed and prioritize incoming asks and tasks while maintaining composure and empathy.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office including Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
• Previous experience with corporate phone systems or switchboards.
• Ability to answer the phone, while actively listening and type up requests so forms can be forward to the next department for validation.
• Self-motivated and self-directed requiring little oversight from the team manager.
