The authentically African-themed resort is home to America’s largest indoor waterparks and features well-appointed guest rooms, full-service Spa Kalahari, a fun-filled family entertainment center, on-site signature restaurants, unique retail shops and a state-of-the-art convention center.
We are inviting you to apply for our Waterpark Front Desk Agent position. In this role, you are responsible for maintaining the monetary funds of the waterpark fees, preparing reliable daily financial information, assisting guests, and processing them (indoor and outdoor) as well as Treetop Play areas and communicates all omissions and deviations to appropriate management.
