We are inviting you to apply for our open Wisconsin Brew Pub General Manager position. This outlet celebrates all things Wisconsin at the family-friendly eatery. Indulge in a modern twist on classic Wisconsin fare, such as our Chesse Curd Burger, Wisconsin Supper Club sandwich – or mac-and-cheese served four different ways. No meal is complete without one of our signature shakes! In this sports bar and grille format, you’ll oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives on a day-to-day basis in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.

With this position, we do require a background of:

• At least three years of front-of-the-house leadership and/or general management
• Basic financial and P&L knowledge
• High-volume experience

With this position, a preferred background would be:

• Sports knowledge
• Bi-lingual
• Understand culinary

We expect this restaurant to operate 10-14 meal periods per week. You’ll need an availability that includes weekends and holidays.
