The Kalamazoo Beer Exchange is a two-story multi-tap bar and grill located in the beautifully restored Globe Building in Downtown Kalamazoo. Offering 28 rotating draught beers from around the world, the Kalamazoo Beer Exchange bases pricing of these draught beers on real-time sales, like the stock market, resulting in a ever-evolving happy hour. Occasional "market crashes" will occur daily, dropping beer prices to their all-time low. The Kalamazoo Beer Exchange also offers a menu of interestingly prepared classic pub fare. Classic dishes will be made new again from the Bar Plates to the Main Fare and the open kitchen design will allow you to see just how "hand-made" the food really is.
Responsibities
- Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for social medium platforms
- Have an understanding of social media trends
- Helping with the design and implimentation of promotional materials.
- Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints
- Collaborating with staff for the creation of content
- Monitoring social media metrics.
- Suggesting new ways to promote company offerings and to reach consumers.
Requierments
- Knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategy
- Ability to work with creative tools like Adobe
- Proven experience in creating engaging content on different social media platforms—Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
- Ability to turn a concept into compelling content
- Ability to incorporate our brand voice and identity in digital content
- Extensive knowledge of the popular social media platforms
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week
