Position Overview
Kaleido Behavioral Health is seeking a Part-Time BCBA to join our expanding clinical team in Ewa Beach and Kapolei. This role supports children and families through ethical, high-quality ABA services rooted in neuroaffirming, assent-based care, and strong caregiver collaboration in the home/community setting with a path to full-time as we expand our services.
This position includes clinical oversight, mentorship of RBTs, and a minimum of 9 hours per week (billables) or more of your choice!

Responsibilities
- Provide BCBA-level supervision, oversight, and ongoing mentorship to assigned RBTs and Lead RBTs accruing their hours for their masters program.
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and update goals based on data
- Deliver up to 9-15 hours/week of treatment modification (e.g., 97155, caregiver training)
- Maintain consistent caregiver communication and support generalization across settings
- Ensure accurate data-driven decision making using Alpaca Health
- Uphold ethical, compassionate, assent-based ABA practices
- Optional: Utilize AI-assisted drafting tools for session notes and progress reports, with BCBA review and approval required for all final documentation
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Experience with neuroaffirming and child-centered ABA preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable transportation to Ewa Beach & Kapolei
- Commitment to ethical practice, cultural sensitivity, and family-centered ABA
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning and implementation of the most up-to-date, evidence-based interventions.
- Ability to administer, interpret, and integrate results from assessments including the Vineland, PDDBI, SRS, EVT, PPVT, MOTAS, and related measures to guide treatment planning.
