SUMMARY OF DESCRIPTION
We are seeking compassionate Autism Support Specialists/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working 1:1 with children implementing specific treatment plans designed to address the child's needs for behavioral management, daily living, social, and community skills. With training, the RBT will perform appropriate physical management to ensure the child's safety.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience with children that have disabilities.
- Must hold a valid Driver's License, have reliable transportation and the ability to travel up to (1) hour from your residence to provide services to clients, if applicable
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Must be able to meet the rigorous physical demands of the job which may include long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment and/or lifting.
- Pennsylvania Applications: Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- All new hires will need to submit proof of vaccination upon hire or must submit negative weekly COVID tests
