Essential Duties
- You’ll support individuals in learning, maintaining, and improving skills through their participation in a variety of activities of everyday life, including in their homes and in the community to improve their level of independence!
- You’ll implement support strategies to achieve the individual’s personalized goals!
- You’ll submit accurate and complete daily progress notes for each shift worked with the individuals!
- Bachelor's Degree OR at least 2 years comparable, community-based, life or work experience providing services to adults with disabilities.
- Valid driver’s license and existing insurance.
- Must be willing to drive individuals in personal cars throughout the community. We provide mileage reimbursement!
- Willing to comply with required policies, standards, and regulations including, but not limited to background checks, reference checks, and driving record checks.
- Must have flexible availability.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills!
- Flexible starting pay rate and raises based on performance!
