Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Norfolk, VA, for an Associate Attorney. The role involves providing legal support, conducting research, drafting legal documents, engaging in negotiations, and advising clients. The Associate Attorney will work on client intake for personal injury cases, and overseeing our intake department.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Law, with expertise in Personal Injury Law
- Ability to provide accurate and comprehensive Legal Advice and representation
- Proficiency in conducting thorough Research to support case strategies and legal decisions
- Effective Negotiation skills to reach favorable outcomes for clients
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in Virginia
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients, colleagues, and opposing parties
- Experience in personal injury or related practice areas is preferred
- Dedication to client advocacy and justice
