Hotel Maintenance

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance tasks, a strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Maintenance Person will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and efficient environment for both staff and customers.

Duties

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on facilities to ensure optimal functionality.
• Execute repairs in various areas including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Conduct residential painting and touch-ups as needed to maintain aesthetic standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Clean and maintain swimming pool.
• Supervise and coordinate with other maintenance staff or contractors on larger projects.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any significant issues to management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
• Proficiency in electrical work, plumbing, welding, and residential painting.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and attention to detail is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
