Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Real Estate and Corporate Paralegal to join our legal team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our legal operations, providing assistance in various real estate and corporate matters under the supervision of an attorney. This position requires a detail-oriented and organized professional with a strong understanding of real estate, corporate law, impeccable research skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including but not limited to vendor agreements, service contracts, and licensing agreements
- Ensure that all contracts comply with legal requirements, company policies, and industry regulations
- Maintain an organized contract repository and track key dates and renewal deadlines
- Assist in the negotiation and drafting of commercial real estate leases
- Manage and maintain a centralized database of all real estate leases, tracking key terms, renewal options, and critical dates
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to address any lease-related issues or modifications
- Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and reports related to contracts and real estate matters
- Review and edit documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with legal standards
- Conduct due diligence investigations in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions
- Summarize and organize legal documents for review by internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, industry standards, and corporate policies
- Conduct legal research on various corporate and business law matters
- Stay updated on changes in legislation and industry regulations affecting the company
- Liaise with internal departments, external legal counsel, and third-party vendors to facilitate communication and resolve legal issues

Qualifications/Skills:
- Minimum of Associate’s Degree and Paralegal Certification
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Real Estate or Corporate Paralegal, with a focus on contracts and real estate
- In-depth knowledge of contract law, real estate transactions, and legal compliance
- Proficiency in legal research, document preparation, and contract management software
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
