Your Impact
In this key role, you'll lead all aspects of quality assurance and control, influencing product development and operational improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Leadership:
- Design, implement, and optimize quality control processes across production and lab operations.
- Develop and enforce SOPs, quality tracking, and compliance systems.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Customer & Supplier Excellence:
- Analyze and resolve customer complaints with data-driven solutions.
- Evaluate and manage supplier quality performance to ensure raw material standards.
- Build strategies that enhance product consistency and customer satisfaction.
- Product Innovation Support:
- Oversee quality testing for new formulations and product trials alongside R&D and production.
- Conduct lab testing to ensure new products meet internal and external expectations.
- Provide technical input throughout the product development cycle.
- Team Development & Continuous Improvement:
- Lead and mentor two Quality Lab Technicians.
- Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
- Stay informed on regulatory updates, ISO standards, and industry certifications.
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
