You’ll be diving into hands-on work, building skills, and creating moments of growth with amazing individuals who inspire every day! You’ll work side-by-side with families and our fantastic team of BCBAs to create an environment where every client has the opportunity to thrive.

What You’ll Be Doing (A.K.A Your Superpowers):

• Implement Behavior Plans Like a Pro: Use strategies designed by a BCBA to help your clients reach their goals, one step at a time.
• Collect Data (But Make it Fun!): Track your client’s progress through observations, play, and action-packed data collection.
• Be a Daymaker: You’ll work 1-on-1 with clients in their home, school, or community setting. Build relationships, see progress, and celebrate the wins!
• Team Player: Communicate openly with families, team members, and your BCBA about progress, concerns, and ideas for growth.
• Keep Things Confidential: You’re a pro at maintaining client confidentiality—because trust is the foundation of everything we do!
• Keep Growing: We believe in leveling up, and you’ll have ongoing opportunities to learn, grow, and expand your knowledge base with the support of your team.

What You Need (Your Super Skills):

• RBT Certification: This is your ticket to joining our squad! We offer this training the 40 Hour Training for free.
• Experience with Autism/Developmental Disabilities: Previous work in this area is awesome, but if you're passionate and ready to learn, we’ll provide the training.
• Communication Skills: You can explain things clearly, and you’re a pro at building relationships with kids, families, and teammates.
• Positive Attitude: You’ve got that can-do attitude—problem-solving and finding creative solutions are your jam.
• Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: You can thrive on your own but also know how to collaborate and contribute to the greater good.
• Background Check: It’s all about keeping the clients safe and sound.
• High School Diploma: Or something equivalent will do.
