NOW HIRING AN Access coordinator :
The Access Coordinator fulfills a pivotal role in guaranteeing the efficient and effective coordination of access quotes necessary for KFN Sales to provide services to customers. This position entails coordinating KFN service provider partner requests and responses and ensuring accuracy of information collected in the KFN Salesforce system. Responsibilities include managing the KFN access quoting process, maintaining clear communication with KFN service provider partners and offering support to the KFN Sales and Service Delivery teams as required.

What will I do?
KFN Quoting Process :
Process pricing requests entered in the Salesforce system
Review pricing request details for required information and leverage KFN tools to investigate available service providers in the area and create quote requests
Track quote requests, send to service providers, send reminders and work with the service provider teams to ensure timely responses
Review quote responses to ensure pricing information is complete and accurate in the KFN Salesforce team
Manage documentation and reports as required
Sales and Service Delivery Support :
Assist Sales in organizing Request For Proposal (RFP) responses by coordinating updates from service providers on service quotes and forecasted installation timelines
Work with KFN Engineering to collect fiber and equipment installation requirements for Sales customer proposals
Provide Service Delivery Coordinator project management support as required
Interdepartmental Coordination :
Serve as a backup to Service Delivery Manager responsibilities when needed.
Perform a variety of complex administrative duties, including departmental planning and coordination, taking meeting minutes, departmental event planning, organizing departmental documentation.
Position requirements :
A minimum of five (5) years of administrative, customer service and / or relevant business experience.
A business school certification, associate degree or equivalent work experience is required
A valid driver's license is required.
