Business Development Analyst (Amazon)

The role:

The Amazon Business Development Analyst is a critical role to growing Kao's Amazon business across all four channels of Amazon. You will manage portions of the business and find ways to grow. Reporting to our Senior National Account Manager, you will use Amazon data and industry insights to take informed risks to grow the business, finding ways to reduce chargebacks, and coordinate internally and externally with all partners.

What you will do:

• Oversee the tactical aspects of growing Amazon across Vendor Central, Seller Central, B2B, and Fresh.
• Customer Development: Supports sales team with preparation, analysis & presentation that identifies strategic recommendations for building joint business plans.
• Develop and submit Merchandising plans.
• Work internally to develop packaging opportunities to reduce prep chargebacks and then submit to Amazon for packaging certification
• Coordinate with internal brands, shopper and trade marketing, supply chain teams, and other partners to develop business plans.
  
  

What you will need:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central
• 2 plus years of CPG experience.
• Previous sales experience.
• Advanced Excel skills
• Plus to have experience with ecommerce tools (i.e. Profitero, Stackline, Salsify, etc.)
