Required Education: 2 year trade school program or equivalent
Required Experience: Journeyman’s Card. 5 year’s previous experience in building new metal stamping and progressive dies. Ability to bend, twist, stoop, reach and lift material up to 50 lbs.

The ideal candidate for this position would be able to do the following:
- Building new and repairing of existing die consisting of progressive dies, jigs and fixtures
- Holds extremely close tolerances, which will reduce the cost and improve the speed and quality of various production operations
- Lays out and performs bench and machine operations to construct, alter and repair dies, jigs, fixtures and special tools
- Performs tool and die maintenance and repairman duties
- Verifies quality and print specifications are met
- Other duties as assigned
