- Perform all pre and post-contract duties at a senior level to a high standard, employing best practices consistently.
- Manage project work in accordance with the firm’s policies and procedures.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for projects among clients, design teams, and project delivery teams, ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Implement project requirements efficiently and on schedule, striving to keep projects within budget.
- Maintain effective communication to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate and prepare information to aid client decisions, aligning with their needs and providing procurement guidance.
General Duties
- Oversee, review, and approve the work of junior staff and sub-consultants, fostering a positive and constructive work environment.
- Represent the organization professionally, maintaining high standards of service quality and integrity.
- Report to the client and other stakeholders in accordance with their needs and company standards.
Client Relations
- Build strong, professional relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors, fostering respect, trust, and integrity.
- Represent the company at project meetings, providing expert advice on project assignments.
- Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders to facilitate the provision of required services.
- Proactively identify risks and issues, proposing mitigation strategies that safeguard the interests of all parties involved.
