Job Title: Client Coordinator/Receptionist
Required Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to deal with high-stress situations. Multi-tasking skills. Basic computer skills, including typing.
Job Duties:
- Answer incoming calls and distribute to appropriate agent/employee
- Check all copy/fax machine drawers and add paper when needed
- Check fax machine for incoming faxes. Notify agents of incoming fax
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Greet all visitors and seat them in a conference room
- Sign for all deliveries. Notify agents of all deliveries
- Check front lobby, conference rooms and kitchen for cleanliness periodically during the work day
- Make copies as requested
- Check all forms packages and make copies when needed
- Check supplies for ordering
- Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
