Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Cannabis Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and educating clients about our cannabis products. Your expertise will help customers make informed decisions while ensuring compliance with all regulations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the cannabis industry, strong sales skills, and the ability to create a welcoming environment for all customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product selection based on their needs and preferences.
• Educate customers about various cannabis strains, products, and their effects.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system.
• Maintain an organized and stocked display of products, ensuring that shelves are well-stocked and visually appealing.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase new items and educate customers on their use.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages or discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with all state regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math skills is essential.
• Basic math skills are required for accurate transaction processing.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance communication with a diverse clientele.
• A passion for the cannabis industry and willingness to learn about new products is highly valued.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
