Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director to oversee our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management and leadership.
Duties
- Managing and leading all nursing personnel operations.
- Developing short and long-term goals for the entire nursing department.
- Establishing new policies and updating existing policies to improve the standard of care for patients.
- Planning and overseeing admission, nursing, and patient care processes.
- Maintaining department budgets and recording all expenses.
- Responding to any nursing-related issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
Must have exp in BSN - Bachelor of Science in Nursing Must have experience in Current unencumbered license to practice by the State Board of Nursing.(An unencumbered license in nursing means that a nurse's license is not subject to any restrictions or limitations imposed by a state board of nursing. ) Must have Prior Behavioral Health/Psychiatric Health experience.
