Essential Job Functions

  • Data Product Leadership : Oversee the development of data products and analytics tools, aligning with business objectives.
  • Data Strategy and Governance : Lead efforts to clean, standardize, and optimize data systems, ensuring consistency and usability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with engineering, analytics, and product teams to define and execute data solutions.
  • Market and Customer Insights : Conduct research to identify opportunities for data products and features.
  • Roadmap Management : Develop and prioritize roadmaps to maximize ROI and user experience.
  • User-Centric Design : Define requirements and user stories to guide development of intuitive and impactful data features.

    • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with analytics tools like Power BI.
  • Proven experience in product management, preferably with a focus on data-driven solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage product roadmaps and deliver on-time results.
  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps.

  • Experience with data governance frameworks and best practices.
  • Familiarity with modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery) and ETL processes.
  • Formal product management training or certifications.
