- Develop and prepare detailed cost/price proposals (CPFF, FFP, T&M, IDIQ, etc.) in compliance with solicitation requirements.
- Collaborate with proposal teams, engineers, contracts, and finance staff to develop Basis of Estimates (BOEs), Bill of Materials (BOMs), labor estimates, and subcontractor cost inputs.
- Use pricing tools such as ProPricer and Excel-based models to analyze cost data and develop pricing strategies.
- Interpret RFPs, RFQs, and other government solicitations to identify cost volume requirements and ensure compliance.
- Assist in developing and maintaining pricing templates, rate databases, and pricing policies.
- Support audits, fact-finding, and negotiations with DCAA/DCMA and other customer representatives.
- Conduct “should-cost” analysis and support strategic pricing efforts for competitive proposals.
- Prepare internal pricing briefings and ensure adherence to internal review and approval processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of experience in government contracting or pricing proposals for a DoD contractor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ProPricer preferred.
- Knowledge of FAR/DFARS, CAS, and TINA regulations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines with attention to detail.
- Experience working in aerospace/defense industry.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as EPICOR
- Understanding of indirect rate structures and cost allocations.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance if needed

Salary : $110,000 - $135,000
