What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mental Health Service Professional Demonstration (MHSPD) Grant School Psychologist – Supervisor position at Karnes City ISD?
Will help supervise the school psychology graduate students providing services to 12 campuses across the catchment area. This position will be salaried, earning up to $100,000 a year, 226 days. This is a GRANT FUNDED position.
Requirements:
- Specialist or master's degree in school psychology or psychology required. LSSP preferred.
- Experience providing psychological assessment and counseling to students.
- Good working knowledge of mental health and the treatment of affective and behavioral disorders.
- Good working knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosis and treatment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
